Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 23 oz Amaretto Adriatico Bianco Liqueur
1 oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
56 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco liqueur
4 drop Bob's Vanilla bitters
4 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Dust with freshly grated nutmeg & float 3 roasted almonds in a line across the surface

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. (There's no need to dry shake to achieve desired foam.)
