Ingredients:
1 23 oz Adriatico Bianco Amaretto Liqueur
1 oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
56 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco liqueur
4 drop Bob's Vanilla bitters
4 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg and roasted almonds.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice. (There's no need to dry shake to achieve desired foam.)
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
  2. Garnish with 3 roasted almonds floated in a line across the surface.
