Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
7 fresh Raspberries
1 23 oz Ketel One Vodka
13 oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.

Delicious, definitely quite sweet but in a balanced way. The red fruit really shines through. It's worth noting that frozen raspberries work very well if you give them just a little time to thaw; it's probably not as good as fresh, but more accessible outside raspberry season. Thank you for the recipe!

Do you muddle the raspberries or just shake them?

With ripe raspberries, good ice and a hard shake there is no need to muddle first.
