Glass:

Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
16 fl oz Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry
16 fl oz Elderflower liqueur
1 fl oz Thomas Henry Tonic Water
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. Prepare white/green grapes for garnish.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. Garnish with grapes.

I loved Elf on the Shelf, which also makes use of fino ad St. Germain, but this Dutch Master doesn't work for me. It may be that vodka is the wrong spirit, compared to tequila. It may also happen that tonic water fails to bring flavours together, whereas grenadine ad triple sec worked wonderfully in EotS. In any case, I won't repeat this one.
