Ingredients:
1 oz Coconut rum liqueur (35-40% alc./vol.)
1 oz Campari Bitter liqueur
1 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of coconut flakes.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with coconut flakes sprinkled over surface.

Pretty good with Bacardi Coconut (35%). A good balance of bitter and sweet, with coconut, orange, and vermouth creating an interesting mix of flavors. Seems like a good option for the "Summer" category here on DG.
