Review

A tequila Bramble of which I'm sure Dick Bradsell (the legendary bartender behind the original Bramble) would be most approving.

We are just common folk and did not have fresh blackberries to hand for the garnish. So we fashioned our own garnish from lemon and lime peel. We used Patron Silver Tequila and Briottet Crème de Mure. This is a delicious cocktail and although it contains a frightening amount of syrup, it is perfectly balanced and would recommend to anyone who likes Tequila.

I really liked this and I feel like it's an excellent take on the bramble, but it's better with a slight change. The crème de mûre is the best part, so why not add more? I know it's meant to be a drizzle, but when I tried it with twice the crème de mûre, it was amazing.

I wanted to not like this but, when you use a great tequila, you can't help yourself, can't deny the quality. Cascahuin is my new favorite. Made this recipe something. This also tastes like a club drink, so, I don't know...
