Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
13 oz La Fée Parisienne absinthe
2 oz Ketel One Vodka
34 oz Akashi-Tai Daiginjo Genshu sake
16 oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Float star anise

How to make:

POUR absinthe into ice-filled glass and top with water. Leave the mixture to stand in the glass. Separately, STIR all ingredients with ice. Finally discard contents of absinthe-coated glass and fine strain contents of shaker into absinthe washed glass.
