Tried again tonight with Calvados with a dusting of nutmeg on top. It was outstanding also. Both are great.

Outstanding evening cocktail. Nice hint of apple and spirit forward, but not overwhelming. Very easy to drink. May try again substituting calvados for the cognac. Thanks again for a wonderful evening cocktail, Simon.
