Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
1 oz Pineapple juice
1 oz Green melon liqueur
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge & Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  4. DRY SHAKE (without ice).
  5. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

I thought I would like this drink. But, too sweet. And the addition of the egg white left a coating in my mouth along with the syrupy sweetness of the juice and melon liquor.

I would try this with less melon liquor, no egg white, and perhaps some lime juice.

As soon as I made this, I knew it would be too sweet. I left out the egg, added half a like, and Bob's your uncle.
