1 2/3 fl oz Pisco
5/6 fl oz Elderflower liqueur
2 fl oz Brut champagne/sparkling wine (chilled)

Garnish: 3 skewered white grapes

How to make

Serve in a Collins glass

Method:

MUDDLE grapes in base of shaker. Add pisco and elderflower liqueur, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with sparkling wine.
