1 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄2 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 oz | Agave syrup |
5 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
1 1⁄3 oz | Thomas Henry Ginger Beer |
While this is a long way from a fine 100% agave tequila based Margarita, the flavour is surprisingly reminiscent of an alcoholic Margarita.
