Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 oz Agave syrup
5 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
1 13 oz Thomas Henry Ginger Beer
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of salt rim & lime wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

While this is a long way from a fine 100% agave tequila based Margarita, the flavour is surprisingly reminiscent of an alcoholic Margarita.

Served it to an old Irish lady who came for dinner (took the pledge as a young lass and never touched alcohol since) and was thoroughly approved!

Tasty drink. But not a Margarita whatsoever. Nevertheless, if you have a Mixto Tequila, this is still better.
