Glass:

Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 23 oz Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
13 oz Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur
13 oz Pink grapefruit (pamplemousse rose) syrup
13 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.

Thanks Simon for another great cocktail.
It was a bit sweeter than I was expecting, but it could have been the grapefruit as ours are tree ripened. Did add a few drops of Difford Daiquiri Bitters which brought down the sweetness a tad. Loved it.
