Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 23 oz Amaretto Adriatico Bianco Liqueur
1 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of aromatic bitters.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN back into shaker.
  5. DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
  6. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  7. Garnish with 3 drops of aromatic bitters.

Nice balance with mild almond taste! I used ordinary aromatic bitter which were not as red! How do I get them to be as red as yours ? Very nice cocktail and recommended to try.

I used Angostura Aromatic Bitters from a dropper bottle.
