Garnish:

Pineapple wedge, orange slice, mint sprig bouquet & seasonal berry

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.

2 fl oz Oloroso sherry
1/2 fl oz Pedro Ximénez sherry
1/6 fl oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
1/6 fl oz Sugar syrup (rich) 2 sugar to 1 water
1/4 fl oz Pineapple juice (fresh pressed)
1/4 fl oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
