How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
|2 fl oz||Oloroso sherry|
|1⁄2 fl oz||Pedro Ximénez sherry|
|1⁄6 fl oz||Luxardo Maraschino liqueur|
|1⁄6 fl oz||Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup|
|1⁄4 fl oz||Fresh pressed pineapple juice|
|1⁄4 fl oz||Freshly squeezed orange juice|

This age old cocktail is said to have been the drink for which the waxed paper straw was invented. To quote Harry Johnson, from his 1882 Bartender's Manual, "It is a very refreshing drink for old and young."
