How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.

1/2 fl oz | Pedro Ximénez sherry |
1/6 fl oz | Luxardo Maraschino liqueur |
1/6 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°brix) |
1/4 fl oz | Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) |
1/4 fl oz | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |

Review:
This age old cocktail is said to have been the drink for which the waxed paper straw was invented. To quote Harry Johnson, from his 1882 Bartender's Manual, "It is a very refreshing drink for old and young."
