Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
3 fresh Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe)
2 oz Bourbon whiskey
34 oz Giffard Crème de Framboise
14 oz Maple syrup
× 1 1 serving
Read about cocktail measures and measuring

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of strawberry on rim.
  3. MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker.
  4. Add other ingredients.
  5. SHAKE with ice.
  6. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Made this to the recipe and found it to too sweet. Found that a splash of cold water. Maybe a little lemon juice would have helped or some orange bitters. Wonderful flavours of whiskey and raspberries.

I was convinced I’d have to tweak this to make it less sweet. But no - good as is the strawberry-bourbon combo is sn unexpected winner
