Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Patrón Reposado tequila
12 oz Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur
13 oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
13 oz Bigallet Thym
13 oz Chilled water omit if using wet ice
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of thyme sprig.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with thyme sprig.

This was quite good. Starting off with herbal agave notes and ending on a mildly smoky spiced note. I didn't get a ton of the thyme liqueur, but otherwise it is fairly well balanced. Don't skip the saline.
