¹⁄₂ fl oz	Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur
¹⁄₃ fl oz	Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
¹⁄₃ fl oz	Bigallet Thym
¹⁄₃ fl oz	Chilled water/mineral water (omit if using wet ice)
2 drop	Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s

How to make

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
Prepare garnish of thyme sprig.

Method

STIR all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

This was quite good. Starting off with herbal agave notes and ending on a mildly smoky spiced note. I didn't get a ton of the thyme liqueur, but otherwise it is fairly well balanced. Don't skip the saline.
