Ingredients:
1 12 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
23 oz Raspberry puree
13 oz Monin Cinnamon Syrup
14 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 oz Lemonade chilled
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of cinnamon stick.
  3. SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  4. Open shaker and ADD lemonade.
  5. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  6. Garnish with cinnamon stick.

Retooled the drink with what we had. I used the remaining raspberry bits after making raspberry syrup, cinnamon powder into 2:1 simple instead of cinnamon syrup, a cheaper brandy instead of Cognac and the biggest difference, Rose Sparkling Wine instead of lemonade. Worked pretty well, though slightly sweet.
