| 1/2 fl oz | Peated single malt whisky |
| 1/2 fl oz | Difford's Falernum liqueur |
| 1 fl oz | Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened) |
| 1/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |

Serve in a Martini glass
Method:
STIR all ingredients with ice. Smoke with apple and pecan (or other wood) and fine strain into chilled glass.
