Prepare
- Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of mango wedge.
Method
- MUDDLE basil sprigs (no need to pluck leaves from stem) in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
