Ingredients:
1 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
1 12 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
4 oz Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat)
12 oz Maple syrup
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  3. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Simple and delicious. But be warned - these need to be made one-by-one. I tried making two in a standard shaker and it was all a bit messy, as you get a (lovely) frothy head to it, so not enough room!

very balanced drink ! id try with 1 oz maple syrup next time since i like sweet stuff ;)
