Ingredients:
1 14 oz Disaronno amaretto
34 oz Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro
12 oz Irish whiskey
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Pineapple juice
14 oz Agave syrup
3 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Express lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.

I don't currently have Sfumato at home. I do have dell'Etna and Cynar. How much of a difference would it make to use either of those amaros and which would you recommend? Second question, how much am I missing out in general by not having Sfumato?

Perhaps try Bergia Rabarbaro or Zucca Rabarbaro.
