Top up with G.H. Mumm Brut Cordon Rouge Champagne BUY

How to make:

SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. TOP with champagne.

Toffee sauce around rim

Given the name and the ingredients of this indulgent champagne cocktail is surprisingly dry and complex.

Inspired by a drink at London’s Light Bar. Created by yours truly (Simon Difford) in September 2014 at the Cabinet Room, London, England.
