Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Byrrh aperitif aromatised wine
34 oz Rutte Old Simon Genever
34 oz Ketel One Vodka
34 oz India pale ale (IPA) beer
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Beer has never tasted so complex - sweet aperitif, dry hoppy IPA beer, bready jenever and cleansing vodka.

History:

Created by yours truly on 21st February 2015 at the Cabinet Room, London, England and so named due to its ingredients including beer and Byrrh aperitif (also pronounced 'beer') so "brew" seemed appropriate, helped by the track Bitches Brew on the brilliant 1961 Bitches Brew studio album by Miles Davis, the American jazz trumpeter, composer and bandleader.
