SO GOOD! How can a drink this simple taste this complete, I don't know, but definitely a drink for warm days. Make sure to really crush those limes to get the most flavour.

Very similar in taste profile to a daiquiri, but less sweet, less acidic, and more bitter/herbal lime-forward. Almost tastes like a Margarita with the herbal notes from the lime bitters. A fantastic drink I'll make again.

This was a surprisingly different drink to a daiquiri; despite the commonality in ingredients and measures (water accepted). Super easy, very refreshing.
