How to make

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of lime wedge.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Now I'm on a quest to find that elusive birch water/birch sap in Seattle. An internet search is encouraging but it is a weekend. May perhaps need to order online. Meanwhile found a "work around" (substitution). BroVo Douglas Fir Liqueur for the birch water, reduced the rich syrup by half, and added half a spoon lime juice. Hate to be the first to comment on not the recipe but this was really good! The Douglas Fir pairs well with the Mastiha. Now I'm motivated to get the birchwater. (Makes good moonshine also).
