Ingredients:
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
34 oz Elderflower liqueur
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.
  3. POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  4. STIR.
  5. EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.

I get how this could be perceived as sweet. Brand dependent... 5:2 was my preferred ratio. 3:1 and 4:1 skews sharply in favor of one or the other... I do love the challenges of these simple cocktails.

good way to jazz up some cheap gin but kinda flat. needs more than bitters to add dimension. it's sweet
