Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.

Pretty nice actually. I feel like the spirituosness of the gin matches with the sweetness of the elderflower liqueur (used Marie Brizard).

I get how this could be perceived as sweet. Brand dependent... 5:2 was my preferred ratio. 3:1 and 4:1 skews sharply in favor of one or the other... I do love the challenges of these simple cocktails.

good way to jazz up some cheap gin but kinda flat. needs more than bitters to add dimension. it's sweet
