I'm not sure about this one. I tried it before adding ice and then it was delicious. When I added ice the flavours seemed to drift apart and the drink became unbalanced. Next time I'll commit an OF cardinal sin and try this without ice.

kirkland canadian | bitter truth grapefruit ... didn't like this. my choice of whisky probably dragged it down a lot.

Tried with Wild Turkey 101 and St Germain. ‘Twas ok, but tbh I prefer a classic Old Fashioned. Won’t be making my favourites list, but all right for a change once in a while.

First time using Elderflower. Very nice compliment to the oaky bourbon!

We liked this as a nightcap. Never mixed St Germain with bourbon before, enjoyed it greatly.

I hadn’t either until recently. I love this drink and I think it tastes even better substituting the simple syrup with Local Hive honey. Grapefruit bitters with it is amazing as well.
