Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
12 oz Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo
13 oz Americano bianco
13 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
23 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
2 dash Rhubarb bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Highball (max 10oz/300ml) glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of dehydrated grapefruit & rhubarb slice.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
