Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
1 oz Rutte Old Simon Genever
12 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
1 oz Thomas Henry Tonic Water chilled
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
  3. STIR first 3 ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. TOP with tonic water and briefly stir.
  6. Garnish with lime wedge on rim.

How much tonic?

Perfect aperitif for a warm early Autumn afternoon. The genever and cognac play well together with the hints of orange and the tang from the tonic just rounds out the flavour profile.
