Ingredients:
1 12 fl oz Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
14 fl oz Galliano L'Autentico liqueur
14 fl oz Bubblegum syrup
16 fl oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
16 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
16 fl oz Chilled water
23 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of bubble gum.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with bubble gum on rim.

History:

Adapted from a recipe created in 2025 by Bad Birdy at Kuduowl in Downey, California. The original recipe is based on 2oz bubble gum-infused rum, ¾oz Galliano, ¾oz lime juice, and 2 drops of 20% saline solution.
