Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Absolut Raspberri Vodka
12 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
1 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of rose petal.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Tasty, zesty, sherbetty and very moreish. The wife likes it, and that's the key recommendation!

Quite nice. A good reason to use up that raspberry vodka. Tart and sweet and has that zest from the Cointreau.

One of our favourites but until I ran out of Monin syrup (curse you coronavirus apparently sugar syrup rates right up there with loo roll for panic buying) I hadn’t appreciated how critical the sugar proportion was. Get it just right as here then it’s a sherberty delight but if you’re guessing it can be as tart as anything or a syrupy goo.
