| 1⁄12 oz | Becherovka liqueur |
| 1 2⁄3 oz | Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum |
| 1⁄2 oz | Elderflower liqueur |
| 1⁄4 oz | Monin Cinnamon Syrup |
| 1⁄3 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄2 oz | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
Garnish: Dust with cinnamon
How to make:
MIST chilled glass with Becherovka and set aside. SHAKE other ingredients with ice and fine strain into misted glass.

The inspiration behind "Doremi" is music, because I am a musician myself. As a bartender, I usually work with music in the background - the way a great melody makes a song is similar to how a great combination of ingredients makes a cocktail. And a few great cocktails make a great evening for your customer - the most important thing for any bartender!
