3 drop	Mole bitters
1 ¹⁄₂ fl oz	Thomas Henry Soda Water (chilled)

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

Method

STIR first 3 ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
TOP with soda water.

Garnish

EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
