Garnish:
3 drops olive oil
How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
2 fl oz | Bacardi 8 year old rum |
1/3 fl oz | Amontillado sherry |
1/6 fl oz | Dutch Cacao white crème de cacao |
2 dash | La Fée Parisienne absinthe |
1 dash | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |

Review:
Dry (at least with the amontillado sherry) we used, Clarita could be enjoyed as an aperitif or digestive.
History:
The winning Bacardí Legacy 2017 cocktail, created by Ran Van Ongevalle at The Pharmacy I Knokke, Heist, Belgium.
