Serve in a Coupe glass
2 oz | Bacardi 8 year old rum |
1⁄3 oz | Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry |
1⁄6 oz | White crème de cacao liqueur |
2 dash | La Fée Parisienne absinthe |
1 dash | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
Garnish: 3 drops olive oil
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
