History:

The winning Bacardí Legacy 2017 cocktail, created by Ran Van Ongevalle at The Pharmacy I Knokke, Heist, Belgium.

Clarita is a drink with inspiration from the past, made with knowledge from the present and dreams about the future. Clarita is also a reflection of me, the things I love and the things I stand for, approached in the mindset of the Maestros de Ron.

By precisely blending these ingredients together I wanted to create a family of flavours: high notes, low notes, nutty notes and herbal notes; a true flavour bomb, a true legacy cocktail.
