Ingredients:
1 fl oz Coconut rum liqueur (35-40% alc./vol.)
23 fl oz Americano bianco chilled
13 fl oz Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc)
13 fl oz Giffard White Crème de Cacao Liqueur
12 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

History:

Adapted from a recipe created in 2026 by Erik Tennyson at The Warren Bar & Burrow in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I've respected Erik's original proportions but reduced the volume of each ingredient by a third.
