Great Mix ! Hey difford, on the video they mention to stir after topoff ! Best use of bourbon yet ! ... or maybe is all that mint and lime and high quality ginger beer... we will never know.

Tasty! Nice to find an uncommon cocktail that uses ginger beer. I feel like the Bourbon got a little lost in the mix, so might need to try it with a bit more, or a different Bourbon (only have Yellowstone Select right now). (I also converted rich syrup to simple syrup, so it's possible the extra water content diluted things too much...)
