I didn’t have any bourbon, but I did have so,E special gin, Hills & Harbour Gin flavoured with burnt oranges and smoked pineapple. And it is glorious!! The smoked pineapple flavour works so well with the pineapple liqueur and overall it is just sublime. I’ve had the original version with the bourbon, and this works just as well, if not a bit better, as gin in a sour is just ?‍? ? (chef’s kiss).
