1⅓ | fl oz | Giffard Premium Caribbean Pineapple Liqueur |
⅔ | fl oz | Freshly squeezed lemon juice |
⅙ | fl oz | Vanilla liqueur |
½ | fl oz | Pasteurised egg white |
How to make: |
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. |

Pineapple wedge or dehydrated pineapple slice |
