How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.

2 fl oz Bourbon whiskey
3/4 fl oz Tawny port (10 year old)
1/4 fl oz Maple syrup
6 drop Bob's Abbotts Bitters

Review:

Bourbon and maple syrup somewhat overwhelm the headline port wine, although it does add an underlying fruitiness to this balanced and tasty riff on an Old-Fashioned.
