Serve in a Copita sherry glass

Ingredients:
1 13 oz Blended Scotch whisky
23 oz Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc)
23 oz Aromatized wine (e.g. Lillet Blanc)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Copita sherry glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of smouldering cinnamon stick.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with smouldering cinnamon stick.

History:

Adapted from a recipe created in 2017 by Andrew 'Drew' Chigorimbo at J Boroski in Hong Kong. Drew's original recipe calls for Chivas Mizunara, hence the cocktail's name.

Simply delightful. I used Monkey Shoulder and am looking forward to the nuances afforded with the use of different blended Scotch.
