2 oz | Caorunn Gin |
1 1⁄3 oz | *Special ingredient #1 (see above) |
2⁄3 oz | Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened) |
1 oz | Calamansi juice |
Garnish: Roasted bayleaf & dehydrated green apple slice
MUDDLE coriander in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Special ingredient #1: Homemade orange & cardamom sugar (1:1)
