How to make:
MUDDLE cinnamon stick and pisco in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.

Coffee and cinnamon - a drink to be savoured after diner.
Created by yours truly (Simon Difford) and based on a Chilean drink traditionally consumed at Christmas, the name of which literally translates as 'Tail of Monkey'. The original uses milk and sugar instead of coffee liqueur.
