Took yellow Chartreuse instead of Strega. Very refreshing, somewhere herbal and a little cherry, but not too much. Sour dominantes, which makes it fresh.
Nice with 4 of 5 stars

After the first sip my wife said; Ketchup...Heinz Ketchup.
The herbal notes from the Strega and vermout dominated.
I found this cocktail complex with a long aftertaste.
If I will wait for summer before I consider to serve this cocktail again.

Very refreshing on a warm afternoon. It has a hint of a tiki drink, but not as sweet. The cherry flavour is pronounced. It also reminds me of a good red wine sangria. Would have again.
