Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Patrón Reposado tequila
1 oz Strega liqueur
1 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon slice (wheel).
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN back into shaker.
  5. DRY SHAKE (without ice).
  6. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Very good and enjoyed it more with a teaspoon of agave syrup

This was great. Tasted like a lemon meringue tarte. Would definitely do again, but may dial back the Strega a bit or increase the tequila. Wonderful.
