Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
23 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 oz Ferro China Baliva
1 13 oz Peach aperitif liqueur
3 dash Peach bitters
× 1 1 serving
Read about cocktail measures and measuring

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

A peachy riff on the classic Grassoide Ferro Cocktail in Elveio Grassi's 1936 book Mille Misture by yours truly.

Could I use Giffard's Creme de Peche as a substitute?

You could try, but it will create a different cocktail that may be a little sweet.
