Serve in a Coupe glass
| 2⁄3 oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
| 1 oz | Ferro China Baliva |
| 1 1⁄3 oz | Peach aperitif liqueur |
| 3 dash | Peach bitters |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist or peach slice.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
