How to make:
- Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
- Prepare garnish of dehydrated lemon slice wheel and rosemary sprig.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Garnish with dehydrated lemon slice and rosemary sprig.

Sadly, there are few contemporary cocktails using crème de menthe, but this refreshing gin-laced, apple and mint cocktail is one of the stand-out exceptions.
