History:

The Japanese Bacardi Legacy 2019 winning cocktail. Created by Hiroyasu Okanuma, who said, "I have often looked up to others thinking I could never be like them or do what they do. Upon encountering a famous phrase of Ernest Hemingway, 'There is nothing noble in being superior to your fellow man; true nobility is being superior to your former self,' I realised I should not compare myself to others but rather to my previous self: the me of yesterday. This cocktail Evolver is named for all the evolvers out there; those who want to be better than yesterday."
