Ingredients:
1 16 oz Oude genever
56 oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1 23 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange slice wheel.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass, while also pouring soda water.

  1. Garnish with orange slice wheel.

Fresh yet deep. The mandarine and genever *should* make this a broody cocktail yet the soda and lemon manages to freshen this up a great deal. This could absolutely be served any time during a summer's day, albeit maybe during days with slight overcast rather than a thirst quencher during the scorching sun?
