Ingredients:
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
0.42 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
16 oz Monin Vanilla Syrup
2 dash Orange blossom water / Orange flower water
2 pinch Salt (sea salt)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Astonishing cocktail. Orange blossom water so often tends to dominate but the vanilla softens it and the whole is gloriously harmonious.

Oh wow, this is so cool. The salt emphasises flavours, the orange blossom is actually providing a fruity sourness in addition to lime and lemon, with the vanilla making it rich. Really nice, though it is a faff to use both lemon and lime.
