2 oz | Cacao & coffee spiced rum |
2⁄3 oz | Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice) |
2 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
1 grind | Black pepper |
1 2⁄3 oz | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
Garnish: Mint leaf
MUDDLE mint in base of glass. Add next 4 ingredients, STIR with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with champagne.
