How to make:
MUDDLE mint in base of glass. Add next 4 ingredients, STIR with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with champagne.
6 fresh | Mint leaves |
2 fl oz | Cacao & coffee spiced rum |
2/3 fl oz | Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice) |
2 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
1 grind | Black pepper |
1 2/3 fl oz | Brut champagne or sparkling wine |
