How to make:

MUDDLE mint in base of glass. Add next 4 ingredients, STIR with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with champagne.

2 fl oz Cacao & coffee spiced rum
2/3 fl oz Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice)
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
1 grind Black pepper
1 2/3 fl oz Brut champagne or sparkling wine
