Serve in a Copita sherry glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Absolut Grapefruit Vodka
12 oz Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur
23 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1 dash Bob's Grapefruit Bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Copita sherry glass.
  2. RIM glass with sugar (moisten the outside edge with grapefruit juice and dip into sugar).
  3. Prepare garnish of long, wide swath of grapefruit peel.
  4. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  5. FINE STRAIN into pre-prepared glass.
  6. Garnish with grapefruit peel around inside of rim.

I tried this with Ketel One Grapefruit & Rose vodka and it worked really well!
