Serve in a Copita sherry glass
Prepare
- Select and pre-chill a COPITA SHERRY GLASS.
- RIM glass with sugar (moisten the outside edge with grapefruit juice and dip into sugar).
- Prepare garnish of long, wide swath of grapefruit peel.
Method
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into pre-prepared glass.
Garnish
- Garnish with grapefruit peel around inside of rim.
