How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass with pre-crusted rim.
1 1/2 fl oz | Grapefruit flavoured vodka |
1/2 fl oz | Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur |
2/3 fl oz | Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/6 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
1 dash | Bob's Grapefruit Bitters |
