How to make:

SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda water.

1 1/2 fl oz Grapefruit flavoured vodka
1 1/2 fl oz Grapefruit juice (ruby red)
1/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup
2 fl oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
