Ingredients:
1 12 oz Absolut Grapefruit Vodka
1 12 oz Grapefruit juice (ruby red)
13 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
2 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Highball (max 10oz/300ml) glass.
  2. RIM glass with salt (moisten outside edge with grapefruit juice and dip into salt).
  3. Prepare garnish of grapefruit wedge.
  4. SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  5. STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.
  6. Garnish with grapefruit wedge.

I thoroughly enjoy this recipe with the vodka; but just just for kicks, I swapped out the grapefruit vodka for Whitley Neill grapefruit gin, and it' was a BANGER!
